LUCID DREAM

Human body is full of surprises. It performs numerous capacities and cycles while being in cognizant and subliminal state.

One such subliminal state is DREAMING.

Everyone dreams. Some people remember them after waking up and some don’t. But the fact is that everyone dreams.

Dreams are an integral part of our sleep process. Dreams can be fun, horrifying or even emotional. They can last from a few seconds to a half an hour or so.

One such type of dream is ‘lucid dream’.

 

If you have heard the word 'Lucid Dream' then you know how fascinating it is. For the individuals who haven't, we should perceive what it is:
A lucid dream is a type of dream in which a person is aware that he is dreaming. So generally when we dream we are not aware that we are doing the activity of dreaming. But in lucid dreaming the person is aware of the fact that he is dreaming.

During the REM rest stage our mind turns out to be amazingly dynamic. Our body experiences a few changes during REM rest, for example, Rapid development of the eyes and expanded pulse to give some examples.

Well I don’t know to what extent this is flawless but according to records or statistics about 55% of people have experienced one or more lucid dreams in their lifetime.

So as per the data given above, lucid dreams may appear to catch your eye. Well on the off chance that you need to encounter them or in the event that you have encountered them and need to expand their frequencies here are a few hints:  

 

1. Get more REM sleep:
We have four phases of rest and we create sound dozing propensities that can broaden our REM rest.

To have a decent and extended REM sleep you can:
i. Exercise everyday.

ii. Avoid caffeine before heading to bed and so on.

2.Keep a dream journal:

Many people write their dreams in a book immediately after waking up. So by doing this consistently you can acclimate your cerebrum with your fantasies.  

Benefits of lucid dreaming:

Numerous individuals experience bad dreams which meddle with their rest quality and consequently diminish their vitality level in regular things because of absence of rest.

Lucid dreaming can also be a part of your skillset and you can convert it into a hobby.

The sci-fi hit movie Inception had lucid dream as their center subject.

To finish up, lucid dreaming is actually an intriguing subject and there are logical confirmations which demonstrate its reality.
